Job Description (Main responsibilities):
A、Do the technology supervision, construction, adjustment ,final inspection and document collecting for the site of the equipment project 设备项目现场技术监督、施工、调试、竣工验收及技术资料汇总等工作。.
B、Responsible for the new equipment document and file. Also the technology document transfer job. 新设备档案资料、技术文件的保管、归档移交工作。
C、Responsible for the general management for all the equipment and fill in the equipment running record. Participant the equipment maintenance work, and implement the equipment maintenance plan to assure the reliable running of the equipment.负责做好各项设备的综合管理工作，填报设备运行状态统计报表。参与设备维修工作、实施设备保养计划，保障设备可靠运行。
D、Coordinating with the internal suppliers and keep the communication with suppliers. 对内跨部门协作沟通，对外供应商联络沟通.
E、The application and management of the spare parts. 设备备件申请与管理
F、The continuous improvement of the equipment safety situation.设备安全状况持续改进


Competence Profile :
1 Good knowledge on mechanical equipment and related theory on mechanism/electricity . Capability in dealing with mechanical equipment failure. 具有丰富的机械/电气知识，能分析解决机床设备的故障。
2 Good level of understanding mechanical structural/ electrical control of machine tools熟练掌握机床机械传动结构/电气控制。
3. Familiar with the process of mapping components, capable of mapping an independent production drawings.能够独立测绘零件图纸。
4 Has the rich experience on equipment management.具有设备综合管理知识和经验。
5 Be capable of communicating effective cross departmental group. 能够有效进行跨部门交流。
