职位描述

Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

General Job Description: This position is responsible for growing and managing GDSI channel partners and understanding the sales structure to build peer relationships to support reseller sales activities. The Channel Account Manager must research, understand and articulate the features and benefits represented by all products within this position's scope and work to deliver the performance metrics defined by management to ensure a consistent level of effort and dedication to the task.

Key Responsibilities:
? Meet or exceed all revenue targets assigned to set of channel partners.
? Submit a business plan in Q1 of each fiscal year, which encapsulates the key partners relationship with GDSI and details annual revenue targets. Business objectives for the geographic account coverage with detailed activity plans and revenue targets should also be submitted.
? Submit monthly revenue forecasts with weekly updates on any significant changes to the committed numbers.
? Understands and communicates the business value and ROI of installed and proposed products and solutions to enable the partner to articulate the same to their customers.
? Ability to articulate GDSI's corporate strategy.
? Responsible for scheduling regular training sessions for reseller sales, technical and marketing personnel. Training sessions will be followed by feedback sessions to build skills register at each reseller.
? Learn and file all corporate structure charts for key channel partners. Keep abreast of all changes in each key partner's structure and to be aware of the implications to GDSI business that each change may bring.
? Develop robust and lasting business relationships at all levels in each key partner account.
? Follow up on all leads supplied and ensure the CRM system is updated daily
? Aware of all product and technological strategies employed by competitive and complimentary organizations in GDSI market space.
? Promote and ensure use of all benefits and services available through GDSI Channel partner programs (to be developed)
? Be central point of contact for your managed resellers and liaise, on their behalf, with all other departments within GDSI.

Job Requirements:
? Able to speak and write English/Mandarin fluently. Japanese is highly recommended.
? Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related field.
? Typically 3-5 years Channel Sales experience with proven results in growing Partner Business, and/or previous inside or outside sales experience, with an understanding of data center technology and real estate industry
? Office and reporting skills.
? Ability to maintain focus in a changing and diverse environment.
? Ability to handle multiple assignments and work well in a stressful environment. Excellent presentation skills;
