JOB TITLE: AP Accountant
LOCATION: Shanghai

Job Requirements:
- Fully understand the entity's Accounts Payable process, responsible for
managing the account payable, including third part payment, employee reimbursement to ensure all of payments and reimbursements complies to company policy and follow up standard process
- Develop and maintain working relationship with relevant departments to assist in the timely and accurately processing of vendor invoices and to ensure compliance of all accounting transactions and activities of the organization in accordance with appropriate accounting standards (policies, processes and procedures)
- Drive the smooth process including monitoring the status of pending invoices and follows the issues of payment. (unmatched PO and invoices, non-doc payment application review/processing and invoices awaiting approval, etc)
- Ensure payment and credits are properly posted and applied, in accordance to company policy, and Prepare the account reconciliation and analysis AP aging to ensure that there is no unidentified overdue and coordinate with treasury to drive payment.
- Answering internal and external queries regarding to payment and invoices.
- Perform Intercompany reconciliation, communicate with intercompany staffs for daily work and make sure all intercompany balance are correct.
- Provide daily/weekly bank reconciliation as required by manager.
- Prepare data for financial analysis and assist in tracking and analyzing financial performance.
- Provide support to G/L team to reach monthly closing deadline;
- Perform financial activities to help other team member to meet process performance and objective.
- Other jobs assigned by department manager.

Requirement:
- Bachelor or college degree plus 2-3 years relevant practical experiences.
- Good knowledge of AP accounting principles, activities and processes.
- Experience of SAP is preferred;
- Manufacture experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills and good team work spirit.
- Good spoken and written English;
- Accuracy/attention to details.
- Dedicated, reliable and responsible with positive attitudes.
