职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
1. 负责生产工艺管理(50%)、生产设备管理(40%)、新产品导入工艺验证(10%)等
In Charge of manufacturing process(50%),Equipment management(40%),New products Introducing(10%)
2. 从总部获得生产作业指导书，并进行翻译、验证、培训。
Translate Working Instruction of Headquarter, verify then training operators.
3. 负责新产品的试做、工艺分析和验证。
Try process of new products, analyze and verify to be ready before mass production
4. 分析过程失效的原因，制定改善措施，提高FPY，降低不良率。
Defect analysis, take creative and preventive actions, improving FPY, reduce return rare.
5. 负责公司生产相关的设备维护、维修等。主要有3D打印机、激光刻字机、声学测试设备、焊接及组装设备等；
Maintain manufacturing facility and equipments. Which include 3D printer, Laser engraving, acoustic tester, welding and assembly machines and toolings.
6. 设备备件管理，建立并维护备件安全库存；制定备件短缺以及其他特殊情况下的应急计划。
Spare parts management to manage safety stock; make contingency plan considered spare parts shortage and lake of repair ability, etc.
7. 制定并持续改进设备管理的KPI，如停机率、MTTR、MTBF、OEE等
Set up and Keep improving KPI of down time rate, MTTR, MTBF, OEE. Etc.

Requirements:
1.大学本科以上学历,理工科类专业背景；
Above bechelor degree，major in Science and Engineering.
2.3年以上医疗器械或电子行业的制造工程师工作经验
Over 3 years manufacturing working experience in medical device or electronics industry.
3. 具备PFC、FMEA、SPC、MSA等知识并能够实际应用。
 Knowleadge and experience of PFC, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
4. 熟悉QC七大手法等基础质量工具，熟悉ISO质量管理体系，在工艺以及设备管理上的要求。
Rich Knowleadge of quality management tools such as QC 7 tools etc. Knowleadge of ISO quality management system on procss and equipment management practice.
5.具备良好的统计知识和概念.
Good statistic skill.
6.强烈的持续改进愿望和能力;
Desire and ability to continuously improving
7.良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力;
