职位描述：
1.Technology assessment and patent research;
2.Patent planning, development and direction;
3.Write English and Chinese patent application, claim, plea;
4.Identify the IP infringement;
5.Build up IP database.
Key Responsibility
1.Technology assessment and patent research:
The engineer needs to be aware of patent research (especially for the foreign and global patent research) and must be capable to assess the technology that the company is developing, to provide the professional inputs to managements for judgement.
2.Patent planning, development and direction:
The engineer needs to have a clear concept and idea on the patent planning, development and direction, to help the company to develop the new technology with IP protection and avoid the confusion or infringement on the IP, which raised by other companies.
3.Write English and Chinese patent application, claim, plea:
The engineer must be capable to write a well Chinese and or English patent application, claim and plea. At least two years experience in such job is required, to help the company to apply patent smoothly.
4.Identify the IP infringement:
The engineer must be able to identify IP the infringement issue, to protect the company will not infringe other company's or individual's patent, and also protect the company's patent will not be infringed by others.
5.Build up IP database:
The engineer is under the obligation to help the company building up the IP database.
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor of mechanical engineering, material science is must, master degree is more preferred;
2.3+ years working experience in dealing with IP works;
3.Good language skill (English & Chinese); written and oral ;
4.Entrepreneurship;
5.Good interpersonal and communication skill. 举报 分享
