职位描述：
1.与销售顾问配合，完成销售顾问签单之后的所有客户服务工作；
2.负责客户合同的整理归档；
3.根据客户出勤情况,适时进行新班的开设和现有班级的取消；
4.负责客户课程的安排，包括固定课程排位，客户请假，课程调整，升班，课包延期，续约提醒，赠课期提醒等方面；
5.维护客户关系，负责会员活动通知，短信提醒等；
6.及时处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度。


任职要求：
1.专科学历以上；
2.有良好的服务意识，有服务行业相关工作经验者优先；
3..成熟稳重，乐于助人并且具备独立处理问题的能力；
