职位描述：
主要职责Key Responsibilities
? 具备较为成熟的部门领导力，带领部门演职人员通过建立细化有效的组织构架和职责分工，确保监控和信息中心有效正常地日常运转
Provide leadership, establish organizational goals, and ensure continual development of Communications Center Cast Members. Establish and administer all workload and scheduling requirements. Execute daily operations for the Communications Center.
? 对可能影响到乐园运营的各类事件和潜在危机要具备比较全面的洞察力和理解力，能合理规划好自身工作重点，采取果断措施，在公司应对重大危机过程中，发挥信息支持和人员调配的作用
Maintain awareness of all Resort activities and special events that may impact emergency response. Identify response impediments, establish procedures for mitigation, and communicate changes to Security Leadership.
? 合理计划好监控信息中心部门的年度财务计划
Develop, administer, and maintain the annual Communications Center budget as well as associated budget line items.
? 管理、维护监控信息中心内部的物资、基础设备、软件、硬件的正常运转
Oversee all Communications Center equipment, software, infrastructure, and supplies.
? 确保部门演职人员的工作表现同部门的标准以及培训的要求一致。
Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with location Operating Guide and Training Guide.
? 要有强有力的协作能力，努力营造一种良好积极的对内、对外合作沟通氛围。
Develop strong working relationships and routinely collaborate with internal and external partner.

资格要求Required Qualifications
? 8年以上在跨国企业监控中心工作的经验，最好具备一定的安防工作背景
At least 8 years’ working experiences in multi-national corporate’s security control center management, preferable with remarkable security system background.
? 监控信息中心实行24*7运作机制，要保证本部门同物防、消防、危机管理、调查、情报、医疗部门之间的良好沟通和配合
24*7 Operating segment, higher pressure, frequent cooperation with security ops, investigation, intelligence, fire, medical, maintenance teams and external counterparts.
? 流利的英文听说读写能力，需要同总部或相关业务部门有定期的会议和业务沟通
Need to use English to regularly work with global security communication department.
? 对大企业在危机和事件事故处理中的做法较为熟悉
Well collaboration skills in crisis management program.
? 具备一定的战略性和批判性的思维，有能力带领团队和培训指导他人
Strategic and critical mindset; mentoring or coaching skills.
? 技防的专业背景，确保监控信息中心（软件、硬件和人员）；能时刻保持良好的工作状态，有管理预算和深化部门培训的能力。
Ensure the readiness of security systems at all times to support security ops, emergency management and investigations; Budget planning and training delivery; Expertise in security control, system readiness.
