职位描述：
The SAT Teacher is responsible for ensuring student achievement at the highest levels. Responsibilities include one on one and seminar class instruction for Writing, Critical Reading, and Math sections and evaluating student progress

Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Teach group classes (from 5 students to more than 20 students)

* Provide tutoring for assigned individuals or private small groups

* Approx. 20~25 teaching hours / week (not including prep time)

* Lesson planning, keeping track of students’ progress in class via progress reports

* Providing guidance for students during work time

* Help to develop additional strategies for improving students’ performance

* Communicating feedback on student performance to parents and students

* Helping to train and evaluate other teachers

* Performing other duties as needed

Requirements:

* A degree in English or teaching from a Chinese or foreign university

* Study abroad experience is a bonus

* Previous teaching experience (> 2 years preferably)

* Advanced English reading, writing, and speaking ability

* Ability to work in stressful situations and under pressure

* Excellent communication skills

* Good listening skills
