Responsibilities:
？ Writing and editing communications for internal purposes including: news, feature stories, articles, organizational changes and people announcements for the SBU Intranet website in Chinese and English.
？ Creating and implementing local communications activities to support the integration of Boxing activities into SCA business.
？ Work with the BU Communications Manager on delivering BU level messages to employees by translating and distributing communications to local employees.
？ Coordinate internal events such as employee information and dialogue sessions
？ Maintaining the SCA home page updated
？ Function as a local manager for global internal communication campaigns (Safety Awareness, Innovation, Employee Engagement) among others.
？ Work as local focal point for the execution of global marketing communications activities such as customer events (meetings, conferences, trade shows) and managing local vendors for printing promotional materials and advertisement placement in trade publications.
？ Supporting the sBU Managing Director on his/her communications activities addressed to employees within Surface Chemistry Asia.
Requirements:
？ Excellent writing skills (English and Chinese)
？ Excellent oral communications skills to interact with employees
？ Able to manage multiple, simultaneous deadlines.
？ Able to collaborate effectively with a diverse population of employees from various cultures and SC Asia
？ Bachelors degree, preferably in Public Relations/Journalism, Integrated Marketing Communications, or related field.
？ Experience with trade shows, customers events, online and print advertisement
？ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
？ Experience with SharePoint is a plus
