工作职责：
1、负责公司各级员工的招聘工作，有效扩展招聘渠道、合理控制招聘成本，满足招聘需求；
2、根据培训需求，制订、实施培训计划，汇总培训结果，调整培训计划。
3、负责员工档案管理

4、其他人事行政事务工作.
技能要求：
1、专科以上学历，相关专业毕业；
2、一年以上人事招聘工作经验；
3、熟悉上海相关劳动法律法规，熟悉社保等办事流程；
4、熟练运用office办公软件；
5、善于沟通，具备出色的组织协调能力及分析判断能力
