Job Description

- Supervision of the implementation of customized orders in production planning
- Responsible for the description and supervision of production orders
- Coordination of delivery times with internal and external customers
- Controlling of preparations for shipment through production
- Introduction of index changes
- Guaranteeing of readiness to supply to customers
- Capacity planning
- Realizatio n of customer wishes in cooperation with interfaces to Competence Center UBB
- Assurance of proper data administration in FORS
- Maintenance of an up- to-date data base with the necessary information about distribution, production, stockkeeping and purchasing
- Regular and on time reporting to Competence Center Production Planning
- Cooperation between plants
- Budgeting of the according cost centers
- Permanent supervision of costs
- Initiation of correctional measures in case of deviations
- Managerial responsibilities for staff members in the department
- Implementation of LEONI standards and guidelines
- Coordination of allocation of responsibilities within the department and supervision of results
- Conducting and moderation of regular meetings
- Support and implementation of measures for improvement
- Coordination and approval of holiday scheduling and capacity planning
- Ensuring the employability of the team
- Integration and training of new team members
- Ensuring the distribution of necessary information to team members
- Encouragement of departmental/within group and comprehensive cooperation
- Cultivation of a customer network
- Compliance with goals relevant to production planning

Requirement

- College above
- Majored in Logistics and related
- Technical occupation
- Several years in a similar position
- German and/or English
- MS- Office, FORS
- Ability to assert oneself
- Ability to integrate oneself
- Communication skills
- Relevant specialized knowledge in the specific area
- Moderation and presentation skills
