Responsibilities:
-负责光盘注塑模具的日常维护保养
-负责模具维护管控文件的制定和维护。
-负责和注塑设备工程师协调解决生产中出现的工艺问题，解决因模具问题而导致的工艺不良。
-负责制订和执行模具备件更换及采购计划，发展本地合格供应商以减低模具维护成本
-提供相关工程师及模具维修技术员的在岗理论培训
 
Required:
-有5年以上丰富的精密（u级）模具维修知识，良好的问题分析解决能力
-专业能力：注塑模具结构, 模具材料，模具维修治具结构，以及模具装配图。
-大专学历以上，铸造或模具专业毕业。
-熟悉注塑工艺和注塑设备的性能。
-独立工作能力和团队精神以及良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。
具备专业的工程质量管理工具运用能力，熟悉诸如QFD，Q mapping，FMEA，工程能力分析等工具，具备良好的工程技术解决及报告能力
