Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pro-actively manage risks out of the product at all stages of development and
production
- Implement the highest quality performance standards uniformly across the supplier base
- Design and implement induction and training on fabric with key internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve issues related to fabric quality on time so there is minimum impact to the critical path
- Project manage and deliver fabric-related projects within agreed deadlines
- Train and follow-up to ensure adherence to the organisation’s chemical policy and safety
standards
- Own the induction, coaching and development to create a high performing team with clear
measures, development plans and support mechanisms to establish succession plans and talent
pipelines
- Lead the Target values and culture within the team and across the organisation
- Identify and report safety concerns, demonstrate safe working behaviour and lead by example to establish a safe workplace

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Textile Technology or a related discipline
- Solid experience in textile colour and technology
- Experience of having worked either in apparel trading or a buying office preferred
- Knowledge of raw materials, fabric manufacturing and wet processing is essential
- Ability to simplify technical language and communicate simply and with clarity
- Strong verbal and written English and local language
- Strong IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications
- Experience in leading change, improvements and innovation within field 举报 分享
