Production Supervisor

Reporting to: Operation Manager

Major Duties & Responsibilities

· Daily operations for a workshop; analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools and manpower requirements;

· Set guidelines and formats for production workers to operate; Plan and schedule work-flow and operation according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to meet customer demands;

· Coordinate with purchasing and logistics department on delivery schedules, sales needs and operations planning;
Monitor product standards to ensure product quality;

· Set equipment maintain process to ensure equipment in good working conditions

· Work with local operation director and overseas operation director and engineers on actual and new product processes. Assure constant attention on implementing continuous improvement logics, audited and formalized process flows, daily reporting oin manufacturing situation, volumes, issues, also including personnel, supplies, internal resources

· Communicate with overseas engineers on concerns of manufacturing and production;

· Prepare and review production reports and data.

Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management or related discipline

· 3 years relevant working experience in mechanical, electronic fields managing assembly lines

· Experience and knowledge in the production process of electrical motor, appliances or domotics as a plus

· Strong knowledge of the setup, operation, and maintenance of specific equipment sets used in manufacturing processes and assembling techniques as well as QC standards

· Strong organization and communication skills, target oriented, problem solving attitude

· Willing to work under pressure

· Excellent people management skills

· Good proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

· Master the skills of staff motivation with a "can-do" attitude.
