1. Process payroll relevant tasks independently including social insurance, housing fund and etc.
2. Check and upload all payments data to HR system including social insurance data, OT hours, shift allowance, meal allowance, birthday allowance, reward allowance, high temperature allowance, car loan, annual leave and etc. to ensure the pay calculation of permanent staff accurately and efficiently.
3. Provide consulting service in all explanation of C&B within HR function.
4. Assist with HR manager to launch projects regarding on commercial insurance, job evaluation, payroll out sourcing and etc.
5. Keep good relationship with government officer and human resources consultant to avoid labour disputes.
6. Make application of SH residence permit and SH HuKou for the employees in order to contribute best service to their functional business.
7. Assist with HR manager to provide related data and complete market salary surveys to develop company's benefits packages.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in related major.
2. Minimum 2 years' HR experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
3. In-depth knowledge in terms of labour law, payroll and IIT.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT (especially Excel).
5. Effective communication skills with employees at all levels.
