职位描述：
Job Requirements
1. Cell Culture: Maintain variety cancer cell lines with quality (contamination free, robust growth, ready for screening).
2. Perform cellular screening experiments under GLS standards.
3. Raw data recording, capture, analysis, data QC, cross QC and reporting under GLS standards.
4. Responsible for owned screening data quality.
5. Responsible for delivering scheduled screening data/report within agreed timeline.
6. Responsible for accurate lab notebook recording and relevant documentations under GLS.
7. Act as a technical specialist in one/two areas to ensure panel team running smoothly.
8. Be able to trouble shooting independently, to provide training for other/junior members, to provide rational technical solution in your specialist area(s).

Requirements
1. M.S. 3+ years research experience or equivalent.
2. 3+ years of mammalian cell culture; 2+yr of assay and screening process.
3. Hands-on experience with cell based assay is essentials. Advanced skills in assay design and troubleshooting would be plus.
4. Experience in screening platforms, automation, and database enabled environment.
5. Awareness of delivering HTS data with high quality, under GLS.
6. Fluent in scientific computing applications as an end-user.
