1.Consulting with project teams:

Propose technical solutions and guarantee the reliability of them

Ensure the smooth running of tests with or without the presence of the PPO 无论是否具备PPO都要确保测试的平稳运行
Lend their experience to help with defining injection systems, define withdrawal and production rates, and provide technical support to the PPO from the tooling pre-studies
and up to the start of mass production
凭借他们的经验以帮助制定喷射系统，决定撤回和生产速度、提供技术支持，并开始大规模生产

2.Provision of expertise
提供专业知识
Assist with the technical definition of the equipment approval consultation file, searching for the best solutions
协助设备审批咨询文件的技术定义，寻找***解决方案
Validate shrinkage coefficients to be applied to tooling
验证应用于模具的收缩系数
Ensure follow-up plans of action during tests
确保测试过程中的行动计划
Use work tools daily (tooling standard, technical injection file, etc.)
使用日常工作工具（模具标准，技术注塑文件等）
Participate in moulding meetings and the development of tooling specifications
参与注塑模具的会议和模具规格的开发
Provide technical support to the PPO and tooling manufacturers
为PPO和模具制造商提供技术支持

3.Check costing, feasibility, cycle times, processes
检查成本、可行性、周期时间、流程
Liaise with R&I
与R&I联系
Offer innovative solutions
提供创新的解决方案
Knowledge of plastic materials and injection machines
了解塑料材料和注塑机相关知识
Experience in production
具备生产经验

Job Requirement:
职位需求：
1.College degree, preferably in an molding technology field
1.大专以上学历,注塑技术领域优先
2.Above 5 years experience in automotive injection industry
2.5年以上汽车零部件注塑工艺经验
3.Good English communication skill
3.良好的英语沟通
4.Self-motivated, Hard-working
4.勤奋，自觉性高
5.Able to travel and work overtime
