工作描述：
- 确定满足国内外客户工艺需求（技术、质量）的新项目生产工艺方案
- 测试、验证新生产技术
- 设定、验证新项目产品生产工艺参数
- 分析、确定产品质量问题的根本原因及方案
- 培训设备维修工程师
- 持续改进与提高工艺
- 支持、解决莱尼线束系统中国区各工厂生产工艺问题

工作要求：
- 机械、电气或自动化专业专科以上毕业
- 有3年以上在工厂环境从事设备相关的技术改进、工艺优化或质量控制的工作经验，熟悉机电类设备工作原理，能独立检查设备问题（机械、电气、控制）
- 能独立确定英文技术规范；能在英文环境中快速提高听说能力；听说能力流利者优先

The plant is equipped with advanced software & hardware and harness laboratory to meet diversified requirements from customers. Shanghai plant implements LEONI global productivity system (LPS) and FORS ERP global network system.
