1. 负责协助订单的收集， 并下发订单给各个相应的供应商；
2. 负责跟踪供应商对订单的生产情况， 及时发现问题，并上报部门负责人；
3. 跟踪各个供应商的效率及产量，并及时协助部门负责人根据实际情况调整各个供应商的订单量；
4. 统筹安排QC进行工厂验货；
5. 使用ERP系统，主要是接收订单以及创建订单并完成收货，出货流程；
6. 负责给出口订单订舱，保证货物按客户要求及时出货；
7. 依客户要求，负责出口清关资料的编制与发送；
8. 正确理解收到的客户文件，并按时反馈；
9. 及时汇报订单进程给客户；

任职要求

1、本科以上学历，国际贸易或英文相关专业；
2、熟悉贸易跟单操作流程，了解相关供应市场；
3、有ERP（Netsuite）订单管理系统使用经验者优先；
4、具备较强的英语听说读写能力及电脑操作技巧。

Job responsibility:
1. Help the project manager to collect orders, and place orders to suppliers;
2. Follow up production status, find out problem and report to department manager;
3. Pay attention to suppliers' productivity, and assist department director in adjusting suppliers' order volumes on the basis of order status/depending on current situation
4. Set up QC for inspection;
5. Use ERP system, such as receive orders, establish orders, receive and ship product process;
6. Book shipping space, and make sure shipping on time;
7.Provide documents of customs clearance to customers, when shipping orders.
8. Understand the customers’ file correctly, and give feedback in time;
9. Report the order progress to customer timely.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in International business or English is preferred;
2. Familiar with merchandising process, and know the relevant supplying markets;
3. With the experience of Netsuite is preferred;
4. Strong Ability of English Listening, Speaking, Reading and writing, and strong ability of computer operating. 举报 分享
