Job description:
- Achievement of the daily, weekly and monthly targets according to schedule
- Guarantee of delivery in time
- Assurance of porper handling of components and material
- Timely drawing up of production schedules and their implementation/monitoring
- Coordination of uniform production line utilization
- Assurance of availability of production materials and their appraisal
- Monitoring of production processes
- Budget control in order to stay within its limits
- Optimization of in-process material storage
- Implementation and monitoring of LPS elements
- Conducting of staff-meetings
- Directing of team processes
- Training of new employees
- Exchange of information
- Support of staff in problem-solving processes
- Introduction of ststistical methods into process control and an effective self-control system
- Awareness of and compliance with quality standards and guidelines
- Awareness of and compliance with safety requlations
- Depts' environmental aspects identify, significant environmental control, programme implementation
