工作职责：

一、保质保量按时完成生产目标岗位
-按计划达成每天，每周，每月的目标
-确保及时交付
-确保生产原材料及时到位
-达到效率目标（或OEE目标）

二、计划和协调生产流程
-及时更新生产计划，跟踪实施状态
-根据生产计划合理按排班次和人员
-协调生产线标准化作业
-监督生产流程
-监督不良品和产品报废
-LPS实施

三、质量职责
-质量PPM目标达成
-确保产品的输出质量
-保障过程质量监控健康有效实施
-停止生产权
-纠正和预防提升
-质量相关文件的培训和实施

要求：
-专科以上学历，汽车、机械、生产、电气工程等相关专业
-熟练掌握英语口语和书写能力
-制造行业三年以上相关工作经验，有线束压接或纺织业经验优先
-具有较强的沟通能力、协调能力、领导能力

Responsibilities:
-1.Support the cutting management of teams and SWO;
-2.Planning and responsibility of personnel (quantity, training) within the segment;
-3.Determines manning requirement and personnel selection;
-4.Carrys out regular discussions with employees;
-5.Material responsibility within the segment;
-6.On going comparison of capacity and requirements;
-7.Ensures agreements (eg dates, quality, costs, work safety, scrap etc) rules and instructions are adhered to;
-8.Responsible for segment costs;
-9.Responsible for work safety within the segment (SOC Audits);
-10.Communication through daily Meeting with the WO team.

Qualifications:
-1. Above college degree of automobile, mechanical, production, engineering;
-2. Good at spoken and written English;
-3. At least 3 year related experience in production and have harness cutting or spinning experience is better.
-4.Familiar with PC skills including Excel, Word, Power Point etc
-5.Leadership and with team spirit
-6.Knowledge of problem solving
