职位描述
Job description actually:
1. Sales responsibilities Tools:
1) Get the information from sales, according to profiles, profiles drawing, customer requirement, prepare the quotation
2) According to the confirmed quotation, make the contract.
3) Issue the internal order
4) According to the contract, prepare and push the payment, also issue the invoice
5) Send out the monthly report: Quotation list, Incoming order list and so on
6) After send the tooling, push the customer sign the acceptance report
2. Sales spare parts:
1) Communication with customers and other Greiner Companies
2) Pre-calculation of spare and replacement parts (internal communication, calculation)
3) Calculate complete prices and quote to the customer
3. Planning:
1) Planning of the capacities for continuous workload of all departments
2) Update with different departments to ensure deliveries on time
3) Follow up the progress of the planned tools and parts
4) Coordinate unplanned changes (suppliers, quality issues, quick actions, ...)
4. Post calculation:
1) Collecting required information from different departments
2) Creating and maintaining post calculation system
Skills
1.Very good English skills
2.Very good PC skills: Excel, Word etc.
3.Very good communication skills
4.Experience in Sales (mechanical), Planning or similar
