工作描述：
- 确定满足国内外客户工艺需求（技术、质量）的新项目生产工艺方案
- 测试、验证新生产技术
- 设定、验证新项目产品生产工艺参数
- 分析、确定产品质量问题的根本原因及方案
- 培训设备维修工程师
- 持续改进与提高工艺
- 支持、解决莱尼线束系统中国区各工厂生产工艺问题

工作要求：
- 机械或自动化专业大专以上毕业
- 3年以上从事设备设计或应用的经验，熟悉机械、电气、控制、传感器等
- 熟练使用CAD、Solidwork等设计软件
- 能消化英文图纸等技术文件及相关标准
- 团队协作

Shanghai plant implements LEONI global productivity system (LPS) and FORS ERP global network system.
