职位描述：

Key duties and task:

1. Assist QHSE Manager in setting up and implementing QHSE management system in company.

协助QHSE经理建立和执行QHSE管理体系。

2. Familiar with national HSE policies, can enact, modify and perfect current HSE system and procedure in order to meet the government and SUEZ Group requirements.

熟悉中国的健康、安全和环保政策。并能够制订、完善和修改现有的QHSE体系和程序制度，使其符合政府部门以及苏伊士集团的规定。

3. Regularly HSE checkup in order to find the latent HSE and safety problems, propose appropriate measures and assist and monitor other departments problems solving.

定期组织各类专项HSE检查，每日定期巡查，能够发现隐患，提出适当的措施，协助和监督其它部门解决问题。

4. Establish and implement work safety standardization; safety assessments, risk control;
建立和推进安全生产标准化；完成公司内的危险源辨识及评估、控制工作；

5. Write down and renew ERP; organize emergency drill , safety training , safety activities

编写更新HSE程序和应急预案；组织应急演练；组织安全培训，安全活动.

6. Assist QHSE manager to solve all kinds of HSE and security issues, write accident report and set up related preventive measures. Write down relative reports ( QHSE monthly report, safety reporting to shareholders, etc.)

协助QHSE经理解决各种问题，撰写事故报告和建立相关的防预措施。完成相关报表工作（包括QHSE月报，安全报告等）

7. To manage & maintain systems under the company’s ISO9001，ISO14001 and ISO 18001 certificates.

管理和维护公司ISO9001、ISO14001以及ISO18001体系。

8. To organize and provide related QHSE trainings for staff. Improve HSE cutture, increase staff’s HSE awareness
组织员工培训。持续提升公司的HSE文化、增强员工的HSE意识

9. Keep good communication with relevant officer and parent company. Prepare and accompany their audit, follow up the audit results.
和政府主管部门、上级公司以及第三方审核公司等保持良好的沟通。接待其审核，并跟踪审核结果改进情况。

10. Manage contractor HSE， Manage Industral Service department HSE

承包商HSE管理, 现场服务部HSE管理

11. Fire fighting management全面的消防管理工作

12. Other tasks that QHSE manager assigned.

完成部门经理安排的其它工作。

Qualification and experience required for the job

1. Bachelor level for chemistry or relative ; Master will be prefered.
本科毕业，主修化学或相关专业。

2. Minimum 2 years HSE work experience in chemistry plant. a certified safety engineer is preferred ;OP. experience will be prefered.

至少有两年化工厂安全工作的经验，有注册安全工程师证书者优先，有生产运营经验者优先。

3. Good command of English and good PC skill. Familiarly with Microsoft software.

良好的英语和计算机能力，熟悉Microsoft 软件。

4. Good communication skills ，good organisational skills and can work independently. Can work under pressure and Prefer to facing Challenge.

善于沟通，良好的组织协调能力，能独立处理工作，具有承受压力工作和面对挑战的能力。

5. Interpersonal skill in multi-lingual,-cultural, -national environment.

In March 2003, SCIP SITA Waste Services Co., Ltd. (SCIP-SWS) was established as a joint venture between Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company and SITA. SITA becomes a 100% owned subsidiary of Suez Environment since September 2008. Suez Environment, with a professional workforce of 161 000, is one of the largest environmental technology providers in the world. Suez Environment experts are transferring best practices and know-how in process engineering, operation and management.

2006年5月，上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司顺利通过了国家环保总局的专家评审，是上海取得国家环保总局颁发的危险废物经营许可证的单位，处理能力为60 000吨/年，拥有2条回转窑生产线，SCIP SWS的目标是24小时的连续操作并向客户提供全年不间断的有效接收。

In May 2006, SCIP SWS successful passed the audit from the experts of State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and became the only one company who was certificated by SEPA in Shanghai. SCIP SWS operates a 60 000T/Y incineration plant with 2 identical incineration lines. Our goal is to provide 24 hours’ continuous operation and uninterrupted, year-round service for the reception of all acceptable wastes.

The plant has been designed to treat incoming waste of a wide cross-section of physical properties and packaging. To ensure a complete and seamless service cycle, the incineration plant is backed up by a first class laboratory and a fleet of special vehicles. Recognizing that the emission standard and degree of enforcement in Shanghai are improving and evolving rapidly, the SCIP SITA incinerator is equipped with an Off-gas Emission Control System designed to EU standards rather than the current national requirement in China. Meanwhile, our Energy Recover System helps reduce the consumption of natural resources such as gas, coal and oil, which is accordant to the principle of circular economy.

When commissioned in the middle of 2006, it will be the largest state-of-the-art commercial hazardous waste incineration plant in Asia serving not only occupants at SCIP, but also the booming chemical industry in the vicinity desperately in need of outlets for the industrial wastes that they produce.
