职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting supervisor’s daily work
1.Perform many different clerical and data entry tasks
2.Coordinate with all departments to ensure proper delivery quantities are received in a timely manner according to each order
3.Maintain purchasing documents, files and records (e.g. Requests for Proposal, vendor files, etc.)
4.Perform general and program specific clerical functions (e.g. distributing purchase orders, scheduling, copying, etc.)
5.Handle, process, organize and upload all the frame sample attributes such as model name, color code, frame dimensions, etc.
6.Arrange photographs and carry out quality assurance on all photos to meet the right requirements.
7.Arrange frame delivery and departmental reimbursement
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year supply chain related experience in FMCG/fashion industry
2. Personality: Dynamic, enthusiastic detailed individuals
3. Sharp eye for color difference and a sense of style
4. Fluent oral and written English
5. Good communication skills
6. Proficient in MS Office software
