Job Description:

1.Analysing of the procurement-market on the basis of trade fair-and supplier-Visits,RFQ-Documents as well as technical documents.Recognition of the tendency of the procurement-markets and the identification of chances and risks.Development of sourcing-strategies together with the Purchasing-Manager ang Global Purchasing Kitzingen.Observation of new-supplier and of new technologies

2.Responsible for price-and Value-Analysis.Initiation of cost-optimizing-actions as well as the preparation of definitions for make-or-buy-decisions.Clarification of Alternative-Solutions.

3.Analysing of products and Manufacturing-costs,in order to identify cost-saving-potentials.Affinity-Analysis.

4.Preparation of cost-optimizing-alternatives of Serial-material for showing to the business units/business-area or to customer

5.Calculation of target-costing for new developed products and new project,inclusive the determination of cost-saving-potentials

6.support of the projects-teams in terms of project-reviews and new cost-optimizing-actions

7.Preparation of RFQ's and online-biddings(internet-Auction).

8.Monthly report to the Purchasing Manager CCS

9.Support in case of the qualification of suppliers



Qualifications required/Knowledge:



Education College or Bachelor degree
Major prefer machnical or electronics
Occupation At least 5 years Job-experience in general Engineer-Degree
Occupation Experience At least 3 years Job-experience in Plastic-Manufacturing.and Plastic-Molding-Industry as a sales/Calculation-Engineer
Languages Good English skill in speaking and listening
key Qualifications(e.g.social or professional) self-confidence
