Responsibilities

Reporting to HRM:
1.Assist HRM daily admin jobs, such as stationery application, invoice reimbursement, meeting arrangement etc
2.Dept. expense management
3.Documentation management
4.Files translation and system input
Visa job:
1.Foreigner visa and invitation letter application
2.Local employee's visa application
3.Foreigner visa related jobs, such as temporary residence certification.
Others:
1.Fix all the tasks assigned by HR manager

Qualifications required
1.Highest level of education: Bachelor degree
2.Subject area: English, HR or related fields
3.Experience: Appropriate experience of 2+ years
4.Languages: Mundari and English
5.IT: MS Office
6.Key qualifications: visa application experience of 1+ year,Team spirit,Conversational skills,Presentation and Moderation
