职位描述：

Responsible for supplier quality management tasks assigned for the localization of commercial vehicle clutch parts.

Responsibilities

Evaluate capabilities of potential suppliers;

Develop local suppliers to meet the requirements of localization projects;

Implement advanced quality planning (APQP) projects for all new, resourced and localized parts;

Perform regular technical reviews with suppliers during development phase of sourced parts (Supplier Readiness);

Assess the quality performance of series production suppliers;

Solve technical and quality problems at suppliers;

Approve or assist on approval of supplier PPAP;Implement supplier management after SOP including continuous improvement actions;

Manage engineering changes (design, tooling, process, etc.) with suppliers;

Conduct regular process audit at suppliers;

Do supplier assessment (SAM) for quality aspects;

Handle defects of supplier parts (8D), follow up corrective actions;

Prepare reports regarding to supplier quality status and activities;

All other duties assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Automotive engineering with practical knowledge, preferred in stamping, heat treatment processes, machining, and casting;

Three years working experience in supplier quality field in the automotive industry;

Be familiar with VDA6.3 and ISO/TS16949 quality management system;

Familiar with quality management toolsGood knowledge of material specification and testing standards;

Skillful with MS Office and internet applications;

Familiar with project management;

APQP-Process-knowledge;

Good at communication and team work;

Good English skills, German advantageous;

Flexible for extensive travels.
