职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1、Fully understand SYDH technology and product characteristics, and on this basis assist account manager to develop new customers and new business；
2、Develop, and maintain communication with customers and internal staff；
externally, establish good communication channels so as to be able to timely feedback to customer information, provides the persistence support, recognize the specific needs of customers, and accurately to customers in our technology and products to meet their needs; for , by telephone, monthly and problem solve report to their superiors customer feedback, and puts forward corresponding necessary solutions；
3、Organize regular meetings with customers to ensure customer satisfaction；
4、Organize and participate in the opening of the customer’s technical project and solve the problems; Participate in and coordinate with customers and internal departments of technology, logistics, business and other works.

Requirements：
1、 Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemistry or related majors；
2、 Familiar with GMF technology；
3、 Good English spoken and written；
4、 Good communication skills；
