职位描述：
Reporting directly to General Manager of the manufacturing company in Shanghai. You are working in a management team, responsible for Engineering and New Product Development.
Responsibilities
? Deliver new product development and manufacturing engineering projects on schedule and within cost budget
? Implement and optimize the engineering and product development process
? Initiate and realize manufacturing cost reduction projects
? Motivate your team to provide technical supports to sourcing, quality and assembling department
? Proactively communicate with mother companies in Europe and with other departments at the manufacturing company
? Lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers
? Proactively support the management in developing strategies and concepts to reduce production cost
? Other business assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
? Bachelor degree, preferred in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
? Solid technical background and experience at least 10 years in a machinery company of FIE (Swiss or German companies preferred), as engineering/development engineer or product development project leader.
? At least 8 years experience of supervisor/manager for engineering or new product development in a machinery industry.
? Fluent English in speaking and writing
? Good communication and analytical skill
? communicate with Euro company colleague about technical work
