职位描述：
1， 确定结构设计的整体方案，结构原理性设计(Mechanical principle design)。
2， 审核和批准结构工程师的产品结构设计，降低设计风险，减少设计成本(Review and approve mechanical design to minimize design risk and cost)。
3， 解决或带领团队解决设计过程中出现的各种技术问题(Leading to various solve technical problems)。
4， 经常性和国外客户口头或当面沟通(Communication with oversea customers)。
5， 协调管理工程师们的工作， 以确保工程师们的工作高效，工作量合理(Arrange the loading of engineers to make sure their efficient work and sound loading)。
6， 不断完善设计流程， 以确保持续改进工作方法， 达到最大可能预防设计错误的目的。
Keep improving design procedure to maximize the prevention of design faults.
7， 确保工程师按设计流程在项目进度内完成工作， 并控制设计成本。
Make sure implement of design procedure and control design cost.
8， 其他由公司安排的工作。Other works.

能力要求：
1， 结构创新设计(Creative design)。
2， 专业的结构设计分析的能力(Professional mechanical design analyzing)。
3， 善于解决各种产品复杂的技术问题(Good at complicated problem solving)。
4， 流利的英语听、说、读、写能力， 要能和国外客户直接沟通(Influent English)。
5， 协调、管理团队并提升团队整体工作能力(Team building)。
6， 在项目要求的时间、质量、技术问题等高压力下工作的能力(Working under pressure of project timing、quality and technical trouble)。

工作经验要求：
1， 15年或以上工作经验(15 years or above)。
2， 至少8年或以上小家电或个人消费品的结构设计经验(At least 8 or above years of work at housing appliance or personal consumables design )。
3， 至少3年或以上团队管理经验(At least 3 or above years of teaming leading)。 举报 分享
