职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible for ATM/CRS mechanical design, analysis and improvement from RFQ to production
? Maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs.
? Resolve issues throughout the ATM product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.

KEY TASKS (LIST UP TO FOUR KEY TASKS IN SOME DETAIL)
? Mechanical Design / Modification using CAD tools (PTC Creo or equivalent), Prototyping, Testing and Validation
? Mechanical design analysis including requirement analysis, tolerance analysis, FEA structure analysis etc.
? Create 3D-Models, Drawings and technical function specification.
? Design for manufacture/assembly with suppliers/plant, tooling design review and tracking with suppliers
? Interpretation of the results and adaptation of the design accordingly Selection, Application and Qualification of new components and key suppliers
? Project leading to meet timing, cost and quality, prepare technical reports and presentation
? Cooperate with all related department members for product localization program
? Setup and managing mechanical development schedule
? Interface with all parties as technical partner in term of mechanical development.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
? At least 3 years’ solid working experience in Mechanical Development(gear transmission system design experience preferred)
? Excellent knowledge of plastic, sheet metal, die-casting.
? Excellent knowledge on appearance finishing technique, such as painting, pad printing, coating…
? Excellent command of PTC Creo Skill or equivalent (sheet metal module, drawing….)
? Very good communication skills, good English language skills in both oral and written. 举报 分享
