Job description
Atlas Copco Customer Finance ("ACF") and Atlas Copco Group Treasury ("Treasury") have merged into one organization, Atlas Copco Financial Solutions ("ACFS"). The reorganization aims to facilitate interaction with and improve support to the global Group organization.
Atlas Copco Financial Leasing Co., Ltd is the in-house arm of Atlas Copco led by ACFS providing financing service to our customers.
The role of Contract Specialist, reporting to Business Controller, is to ensure continued growth and success of the operation. The ultimate mission will be to handle the ‘after sales’ elements and manage the administrative part of the financing process.

Responsibilities include:
- Handle leasing cases during the entire contracting, financing, invoicing and collection process
- Daily post collection & reconcile AR book
- Follow up on non-due and delinquent accounts and take corrective actions when needed
- Collect and file leasing related documents
- Coordinate customer center on collection of delinquent account
- Support and follow up on customer queries including early settlement costs, payment reviews etc
- Provide portfolio and overdue report to headquarter and customer center
- Close collaborate with ACFS China credit team.

Experience requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Two years related experience, preferred in providing sales support and collection administration.
- Good command of Microsoft office and proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Good communication skills and fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Be familiar with the normal sales cycle, a thorough understanding with leasing transactions will be a plus.- Customer oriented working style, high attention to detail and strong team player.
- Ability to work independently and willingness to continuously identify and assume new responsibilities and tasks.

Accounting, finance and collection practice

Educational requirements
Bachelor degree, majored in finance or accounting is preferred
