Job Summary
As HR System Support (HRSS) Manager in the HR Business Service Center (BSC) Shanghai,you will be responsible for leading the HRSS team to provide customer-focused support and services to internal customers within the BSC and to the IKEA business and co-workers (our external customers).
* You will partner with PA/PY managers of the different country teams and support HR BSC manager to deliver all required services to the IKEA business and IKEA co-workers defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
* You will lead the HRSS team to partner with Global HR Business Support (GHRBS) and the vendor/s to ensure efficient, reliable and standardized HR System solutions.
* You will be responsible for change & issue management processes acting as the contact point for the initiators of a change/issue and assigning resources and priority based on impact and urgency.
* You will work with various system vendors to monitor the performance, and continuously drive actions to increase efficiency.
* You will encourage the HRSS team to proactively initiate actions to improve End User Satisfaction and End User Productivity.

Main Responsibilities
?* Lead the HRSS team to deliver accurate, timely, compliant and consistent services according to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
?* Effectively manage the relationship between HR BSC AP, GHRBS and the various vendors, ensuring the correct escalation channels are followed when required.
?* Accountable for the Change and Issue Handling processes and the timely resolution of all requests from both internal BSC team and external customers to ensure all HR Systems smooth operation.
?* Regularly monitoring the status and progress towards resolution against service levels of all open issues & change requests you will secure that all Change Requests (CR) and issues are resolved in a timely manner to enable all systems to operate effectively.
?* Lead country or regional projects which have impact to existing systems, and ensure systems readiness for the implementation. Ensure HR system solutions are sustainable for transitioning processes from other Asia Pacific countries into HR BSC Shanghai.
?* Ensure all system related training and documentation is of the required standard and regularly updated.
?* Lead the team to drive continuous improvement to raise End User Satisfaction and End User Productivity. Encourage proactively identify improvement/efficiency potentials in systems and processes.
?* Recruit, develop and inspire your co-workers to take ownership and to grow the business. Provide performance feedback and coaching to employees. Create an environment where the IKEA Culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of both co-workers and customers
Key competencies:
Knowledge
?* Knowledge of SAP system, HR related Model, knowledge of kronos and Docu ware will be a plus
?* Knowledge of share services operation; knowledge of IKEA HR BSC is preferred
?* Knowledge of global IKEA IT Process is preferred
?* Knowledge of project management
?* Knowledge in cultural differences
?* Knowledge in English both verbal and written form
Capability/Motivation
?* Ability to lead team in a multi task environment to deliver services
?* Ability to analyze data and use them for the right prioritization and manage team for delivery

Education and experience:
* Bachelor degree.
* 5 years or above experience in HR operation area or IT support service area or outsource vendor environment; IKEA relevant experience will be a plus
* Good project management and implementation skills
* Good Knowledge of SAP HR environment is a must
* Good understanding for a high standard of service with the customer in focus and passion for understanding and exceeding customer's expectations
* Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
* Good leadership and stakeholder management skills;
* A clear understanding of and a passion for IKEA core values.
