职位描述


此职位将就职于公司非贸易相关的独立部门,主要服务国外保险公司投保的客户(主要涉及外宾在国内、港澳台等区域的医疗协助),有部分保险客户呼叫中心工作性质。
要求:英语口语流利,优秀的英语书写。出色的沟通技巧,良好的客户服务精神。
有 英语客户服务 和 国际旅游服务 等相关从业经验者优先。

简历要求:必需同时提供中文和英文的简历。

Job Discription : NURSE CALL CENTER
General Purpose :
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, and provide information.

Main Job tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally
- respond to customer inquiries
- research required information using available resources
- the handle and resolve and customer complaints
- provide the customers with the product and service information
- enter the customer information
- identify and escalate priority issues
- follow up the customer calls when necessary
- complete call logs
- Day/ night shift work - weekend and holidays can be included. 24/7/365 shifts according to the work plan.


Education and Experience,
- Educated nurse with nursing or medical background.
- proficient with computer application in relevant.
- Educated
- knowledge of the customer the service principles and practices
- knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Six months or more experience in a call center environment preferable
- Customer service experience preferable
- good data entry / keyboard skills
- Knowledge of administration and miscellaneous processes
