职位描述：
Main Responsibility主要职责

Finance/财务:
- To set up, implement and maintain the company’s financial system, including planning, forecast, budgeting, measurement and analysis.
- 建立，执行，维护公司财务制度和体系，包括计划，预测，预算，测量与分析；
- To ensure the financial systems in compliance with corp. financial procedures and accounting principles.
- 确保财务体系符合财务流程和会计准则；
- To prepare, analyze and timely submit financial reports to the headquarter, local governments and external auditors, and make necessary explanations.
- 向德国总部，当地政府和外部审核机构准备，分析，并及时提交财务报告，并做必要的说明；
- To analyze the sales turnover, cost, expenses and other information, control the cost, make optimized proposals to General Manager.
- 对销售额，成本，费用和其他信息进行分析，控制成本，向总经理做优化建议；
- To overview treasure management and cashflow management.
- 监控财产管理和现金流管理；
- To analyze the profit situation for major projects, and supervise the outstanding receivables.
- 对主要项目的利润情况进行分析，监管未收到的应收账款；
- To review tax calculation and declaration.
- 审核税务计算和申报；
- To support other dept. , esp sales with financial advices.
- 向其他部门提供支持，特别是向销售提供财务方面建议；
- To review payroll, IIT declaration, and personal cost analysis.
- 审核工资表，个税申报和人工成本分析；
- To prepare key figures reports as well as non-routine financial information to General Manager and headquarter in Germany.
- 向总经理和德国总部提供核心数据报告和非常规的财务信息；
- To manage the finance team and promote continuous improvement.
- 管理财务团队并不断地改进。
- Other finance issues.
- 其他财务方面的事务。

HR/人力资源:
- To develop and execute company HR strategy and HR procedures.
- 优化，执行公司人力资源战略和人力资源流程；
- To supervise the training for staff, evaluate and analysis training feedback.
- 监管员工培训，评估分析培训效果；
- To develop both company level and department level training programs to enable new comers to fit his/her positions.
- 优化公司级和部门级的培训项目，使新员工能符合岗位要求；
- To supervise the recruitment process and interview candidates when necessary.
- 管理招聘流程，必要时面试候选人；
- To review HR policies and regulations constantly.
- 不断地改进人力资源政策及规章制度；
- To handle labor arbitration case when necessary.
- 必要时处理劳动争议案件；
- Other HR issues.
- 其他人力资源事务。

ADM/行政:
- To develop the administration management procedures and regulations.
- 优化行政管理流程及规章制度；
- To contact with local governments/headquarter in Germany and other partners concerning crucial issues.
- 和当地政府，德国总部和其他重要伙伴保持联系。
 
Coordination协调
 - Coordinate with GM and other departments
 - 与总经理和其他部门做好协调；
 - Coordinate with Tax officers, external auditors,consultants.
 - 协调好与办税人员，外部审核人员和咨询顾问的关系。

Management管理
 - Management of Finance, HR, ADM staffs.
 - 管理财务，人力资源和行政人员；
 - Management of payment, cost and cashflow.
 - 管理付款，成本和现金流转。

Others其他
 - ISO procedure.
 - ISO 流程
 - Sale quotation system.
 - 销售报价系统

Position Requirement
职位要求
- Bachelor degreeor above, have Professional Accountant Qualification Certificate
- 本科及以上学历，持有专业会计师资格证书；
- Experienced in financial and ADM/HR management
 - 在财务和行政及人力资源管理领域有丰富的经验；
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing,report to the general manager(German).
- 英文流利，向总经理（德国人）汇报工作；
- Good communication skill, team-work spirit and leadership ability.
- 良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神和领导能力；
- Loyal, efficient, reliable, devoted to the work
