Follow up:
1. Daily communication with merchandiser team and suppliers, to set up good relation in between
2. Follow sourcer's request and quick response to the email and request from HQ and merchandiser team
3. Follow yarn develop request, make follow-up records,daily update status to HQ and merchandiser team.
4. Follow trim develop request and bulk order, make follow-up records, daily update status to HQ and merchandiser team.
Development:
1. Assist sourcer to propose the yarn and trims according to the trends and keep records.
2. Assist sourcer to help supplier to develop the yarn according to buyer’s request and trends
3. Assist trimming research
4. Assist sourcer to set up yarn and trim library.
Supplier Training
Assist sourcer to training supplier to meet company’s requirement including yarn quality, color improvement, hand-feel.
Other
Colour approval when sourcer not in office and communications with supplier to improve;
Requirements:
1. rich yarn knowledge;
2. good production follow-up skills;
3. good in written english;
4. good communication skills; and can work under pressure.
