职位描述：
1. 负责维持Montage所有产品的封装良率；
2. 负责封装生产线的各项主要工程能力指标满足需求；
3. 负责解决或参与解决生产过程中发生的异常，对异常批次进行处理；
4. 负责公司产品的封装设计（特别是基板，SIP类），制作各种设计文档资料；
5. 配合研发团队，评估封装可行性，提供有竞争力的封装方案；
6. 定期对供应商开展稽核。

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历、材料和微电子等相关专业；
2. 至少6年以上半导体封装工程经验；
3. 熟悉各种封装形式及相应的生产工艺控制流程，包括LF based package（QFN,LQFP）， 以及substrate based package（wire bond BGA， FCCSP, FCBGA）等；
4. 熟悉Wire bond BGA，SIP 等封装技术，具有BGA,SIP封装基板独立设计能力；
5. 精度封装设计相关EDA软件，熟练书用Cadence APD,Autocad，CAM350等工具。
6. 熟悉信号完整性设计或热设计；
7. 了解各生产工序的主要工艺指标，工艺参数控制，生产中检验方法以及异常处理流程；
8. 了解实验设计，能通过合适的实验设计来解决生产中遇到的问题；
9. 强烈的责任心和吃苦耐劳意识。
