职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES & KEY TASKS
1.Projected revenues over $xxxxx million (converting-equipment and packaging material combined). Negotiations at all levels
2.Managed key accounts and negotiated at board level
3.Lead a team of commercial executives in supporting the LoBs on all commercial related matters
4.Assist LoBs in legal affairs and supervised sales administration
5.Review profitability of contracts and ensure margins are within guidelines and standards set
6.Work with division for TP discount in association with contracts and order lead time
7.Regular strategic and tactical sales forecast review with LoBs (all division GM)
8.Regular account update review (AR, customer/business partners debts)

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
1.Leadership and communication skills
2.Self motivated, able to motivate others effectively
3.Well experience in Managerial and Commercial strengths
4.Goal orientated with good prioritization skills
5.Strong Customer Satisfaction awareness for both internal and external sources
