工作职责：
Country Controller Production
 
Drive market growth using sharp analysis and commercial insight
Spearhead new initiatives in partnership with our business leaders
Be a symbolic leader for the controlling function in the Region
 
In the H&M Production organization we transform design ideas into actual products. We ensure that we produce safe products for our customers and remain in the forefront of sustainability.
 
As a Country Controller Production, you will partner with our Country Manager Production (CMP) in building and maintaining a sustainable platform that secures H&M business development across China Region. This region also includes an exciting mix of high growth potential and mature markets such as Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia and South Korea.
 
What will you do?
 
In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:
Together with the CMP and other stakeholders, create the long term vision for the region to maximize business potential in an efficient and sustainable way
Secure alignment between all our product teams in the region through macro-economic analysis and sustainable practice
Secure our operational efficiency by supporting the CMP in setting and managing the budget for the country organization, general office costs and country specific costs
Drive new projects at both the regional and global level, for within Production and beyond
 
Who will you work with?
 
In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Shanghai. You will report directly to the County Manager Production and indirectly to the Head of Controlling Production. You will be key mentor and influencer for the Business Controllers in China Region. You will also interact regularly with Managers within Supply Chain as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.
