ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the new product/techniques research & development (R&D) in textile printing technology.
负责纺织品印花技术领域，新产品、新技术的研究与开发。
Take lead for the manufacturing process design, working closely with quality& production team for SOP definition in the
shop floor, ensure safety and quality during routine operations.
主导生产工艺流程的设计，与生产及质量团队保持紧密沟通，定义生产SOP，确保生产安全与质量。
Continuously improve productivity and reliability, to minimize wastage, rejects and downtime.
持续提高生产效率与可靠性，减少浪费，不良品及宕机时间。
Work closely with global R&D team in the execution of new products programs.
在新产品开发过程中与全球研发团结合作。
Watch for the textile printing technologies and equipment development in China;
密切关注纺织品印花技术及其设备在中国的发展。
Complete assignments based on business needs;
根据工作需要完成其他任务。
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1) EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree plus，，major in clothing or textile printing industry is preferred;
本科以上学历，纺织服装或纺织印花相关相关专业优先。
Good English communication skills , both oral and written;
英语口语及读写能力良好。
2) EXPERIENCE:
3 + years working experience in textile printing area, 1 year in R&D positions;
3年以上纺织品印花工作经验，1年以上研发岗位经验。
3) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Good hands-on skills , able to establish new manufacturing methods and process independently;
优异的动手能力，能够独立建立新的生产方法和流程。
Strong character and work ethic ；
品行端正职业道德良好。
Strong sense on safety and quality;
强烈的质量意识与安全意识。
