职位描述：

Main Responsibilities

• Do troubleshooting on customer site in China Market to help the customer find the root cause and solve technical issues
• To support PWT commissioning team during the project period and after final acceptance to close open issues to protect the project close in time with good quality
• To be the interface to customers on technical aspect, always support customer by email or phone call
• Follow up open issues emerging during or after warranty and provide the solution
• Investigate and collecting technical information from customer side and support internal departments to promote COMAU product.
• Develop technical report and document, communicate information with foreign engineers
• Support the after sales manager to prepare for all the service activities
• Focus on Retooling business develop , work close with the customer to dig out the retooling needs from the customer ,then make technical and commercial proposal with the managers to win the order
• Implement the retooling service to lead a good result both in Finance result and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Chinese speaking with global approach who can travel frequently with engagement
• Background in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Management) or equivalent.
• Reading and Understanding Technical mechanical Drawings and Specs
• CAD Or E-Plan knowledge is necessary
• Good Knowledge in SIEMENS PLC (Programming), Drive Control ,and HMI application, CNC knowledge would be added value
• Above 6 years working experience, more than 3 years in Service field is preferred.
• Team work spirit, Collaborates with and supports fellow team members to accomplish overall objectives of the group.
• Good communication skills, Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Good command of English
