职位描述：
岗位职责：
一、管理店铺员工
1. 按照销售的工作计划和要求，负责分派工作任务，对店员工进行工作辅导，激发店员的工作热情和积极性；
2. 负责按照品牌的服务准则督导店员，确保给与顾客周到的服务和美好的购物体验；
3. 指导和监督店员仪容仪表，确保每一位店员的个人行为和形象符合品牌要求。
二、管理店铺运营
1. 安排和监督每日盘点，配合库管安排月底盘点，全面负责开店至晚上关店过程中全部商品出入库的数目核对及安全摆放；
2. 负责店面整体展示效果, 商品等的维护与调整. 保证商品价签的完整与准确性；
3. 负责店面的日常行政管理；
4. 执行公司制度，合理控制门店费用预算及开支，备用金资产管理，确保公司财产不受损失；
5. 管理和上交店铺运营过程中的相关报表
6. 完成日常报告并且确保准确性；
7. 处理店铺内各类突发事件，包括各种投诉，并且及时协助销售顾问的销售工作。
三、 销售计划的实施和汇报
1. 达到与销售经理相互认可的店铺销售目标，包括销售额和商品组合；
2. 有效客户数据的收集和管理，维持与客户的长期良好关系；
3. 了解市场动态，竞争品牌等相关信息。

任职资格：
1. 本科学历，至少五年以上品牌专卖店销售工作经验，三年以上店铺管理工作经验；
2. 熟悉店铺管理工作，对店铺运营相关环节有足够的管理经验；
3. 能力素质：沟通协调能力、语言表达能力、分析判断能力、团队合作能力、决策能力、影响能力、灵活性、全局意识、市场导向、学习创新能力、责任心；
4. 熟悉办公自动化软件操作（Word / Excel/ Power point ）。
