？ Education in commercial subjects is necessary for logistic managment
Experience ？ Above 5 years working experiences in relative jobs include at least 3 years in logistics role
？ Familiar to manufacture environment and international commercial processes

？ Strong cost sensitive, logic, and ability to deal with details

1. Purpose:
The position of logistic engineer is required to lead logistic handling team to reach the target through well designed planning, and forwarding activities and programs meanwhile, assure the security and the quality requirement is perfectly meet. The position need to fulfill all responsibilities designated by purchasing & logistics manager and report any deviation

2. Scope:
The scope of this function includes all logistics responsibilities designated by purchasing & logistics manager.

3. Responsibilities:
3.1 Material management 物料管理
- Customer order process 客户订单处理
- Raw material planning 原材料计划
- internal material flow assistance 协助内部物流工作
- cooperate with supervisor for material management, conduct activities协助主管执行物料的管理活动

3.2 Import and export management 进出口管理
1. Manages the daily operations of shipping, import/export, transportation for company. Especially responsible for import for machines and equipments. 管理公司的日常货物运输，进出口。 特别负责机器设备的进出口
2. Apply, track and close the customs formalities/import license and other related affairs to make sure document correction and custom declaration on time. 申请，跟踪，完成各种海关手续,进口证书和其他相关事务， 确保文件正确和报关及时
3. all kinds of other trouble shooting for import /export处理各种进出口环节中的疑难问题
4. Monitor delivery and shipment closely for import and export监控进出口货物的到货情况
5. Coordinate with transportation carrier on shipment plan. Ensuring all shipments is in alignment with plan.与货代协调处理发货计划， 确保装运计划的准确实施
6. Prepare packing list and shipping documents according to company standards. 按照公司要求准备装箱单和发货文件
7. Coordinate and supervise all related activities with suppliers. 协调并组织供应商相关的货运活动
8. Performance analysis of carrier and forwarder. 负责分析评估船代货代的绩效
9. Responsible for other job/task from department manager.负责部门经理分配的其他工作
3.3 Reporting报告:
- report to purchasing & logistics manager 向采购物流经理汇报
- providing necessary information and data for budget planning 为预算计划提供必要数据信息
- Shipping follow up and monitoring performance 跟踪并监控货运，制定统计监控表单
- Others, if needed 其他，如果需要

3.4 Communication沟通
- effective communication to all other departments for the planning, evaluation and implementation.
