职位描述：
? In charge of day to day tour responsibilities
? Road Managers report to Logistic and Touring Manager
? Assigns tours to Road Managers
? Compiles necessary information and documents from Artist and OHM side to secure Work Visas
? Organizes, submits and secures all MOC and visa paperwork
? Bridges communication with Agent and Artist Management regarding Visa status, from submission through approval
? Stays current on new rules and regulations affecting permitting for musical engagements
? Books all ground, air and ferry transportation
? Coordination and booking of hotel accommodations
? Responsible for creating Tour Itinerary Booklet
? Individual hand-off meetings reviewing tour itineraries with Road Managers
? Liaising with publicist, social media manager to gain maximum exposure for engagements
? Assist Road Managers in hiring backline technical riders, as needed, or recommend additional tour personnel as needed
? Weekly progress meetings with all Road Managers
? Prepare for any potential issues during tour 举报 分享
