Key Responsibilities
? Ownership
o Drive End-to-End ownership of Lead Generation – Management – Tracking Process
o Marcom planning, budget and execution
o MDF planning, budget and execution
o Biz development planning, execution and targets
o Drive improvements with Sales Operation to develop process for tracking and analysis of business development, Marcom and lead-generation programs
? Business / Segment Development
? MDF Management
? Channel Training
? Marketing & demand generation
o Drive demand generation plans and execution by focusing on generating qualified leads/prospects to uncover PTX opportunities in existing account and new segment
o Drive a consistent MDF and Marcom training and planning process with Sales and partners
o Provide competitive reviews to support channel
? Business performance & tracking analytics (together with Sales Operation)

Skills and Knowledge
? Excellent knowledge of China IT Printing business, key market segments and Partner management
? In-depth knowledge of Commercial or Industry IT business by key segment / vertical
? Strategic business and category planning and management skills
? Good financial management and analytical / reporting skills
? Excellent track record of business and code of conduct compliance 举报 分享
