职位描述：

Brief Task Description

1. Evaluate and develop new suppliers and ensure effective launch of the new projects per FCA procedures concerned,

2. Prompt and effective response to customer complaints, if any,

3. Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through close follow-up measures

4. Maintain routine activities per company’s internal procedures concerned, and keep effective deliverables,

5. Provide effective and professional support to JV activities, when needed,

6. Address timely and effective communication internally and externally, and try to build good working relationship with the team,

7. Escalate the critical issues to management for support, when necessary,

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of metallic material or Engineering, Master or above is preferred,

- Experience: Min 5 years in the Automotive industry, and min. 3 years’ experience as SQE,

- Skills & Competence:

1. With solid experience with project management/review and supplier audit and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,

2. Familiar with the process like die casting, iron-casting, heat-treatment, etc., and with the knowledge of the tools in the Automotive industrial, like TS16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, CP, Error/mistake-proof, 6 Sigma, 8D, 5WHY, as well as GD&T,

3. Strong willing to learning and self-improvement, accepting the challenge of changing environments,

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill to interact with suppliers and cross functional team,

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
