职位描述
工作职责:
1、与外部项目组协商探讨技术问题；接交新项目、组织新项目的评审、方案更新并跟进。
Confer with external project team to clarify technical issues; transfer and organize new project review and update planning, and follow up.
2、与客户技术人员协商探讨所有项目启动中的技术问题。与客户充分沟通解决各环节的技术问题。
Confer with customer engineering to clarify all technical issues in the project launching. Coordinate adequately with customer to solve issues in all project steps.
3、依照客户要求，负责新项目的质量、成本及进度。
In charge of quality, costs, lead time for new project in line with customer’s requirements.
4、跟进新产品试生产，分析并改进。
Follow up the launching in production (pre production) and analyze all necessary action plans for improvement.
5、为开排拓新业务，进行项目前期构思。
Pre-concept for getting new business.
6、领导项目组成员解决项目在开发中的所有问题。
Lead the project team for all technical aspects.
要求：
1、5年以上塑胶产品研发经验。
Minimum 5 years working experience in plastic product development.
2、熟悉塑胶产品的设计，熟悉塑胶模具及其工艺。有优秀的项目管理经验。
Know well in plastic product design, plastic mould and process, with excellent experience in R&D project management.
3、具有良好的组织协调能力，善于沟通。
With good organizing ability and be good communication skills.
4、熟练使用autoCAD,Pro/E或Solid works软件。
Skillful autoCAD, Pro/E or Solid works.
5、 英语读写听说良好。
Good English in reading, writing, listening, speaking.
