根据客户的应用需求，确定产品的关键性能指标以及正确选择产品型号

和销售或产品经理一同拜访客户，了解客户需求或提供技术支持

协助供应链及市场部，提供产品生产及宣传方面的技术支持

岗位要求：

熟悉各种润滑油基础油及常用添加剂，精通各种润滑油测试方法，有较深的配方开发经验

硕士及以上学历，化工、材料、应用化学等专业

5年及以上工作经历，三年及以上研发经历

沟通能力和团队合作意识强
