岗位名称：自动化工程师
任职资格Qualification：
◆电气自动化、机械类大专或以上学历 College Degree or above in electro-robotization or enginery
◆1年以上自动化、机械设备设计、维护等相关经验
◆熟练运用3D画图软件。Knowledge of 3D drawing
◆理解电气线路、机械构造以及PLC（可编程控制器）的应用。Able to understand the electric-circuitry, machine-structure, as well as PLC.
◆能够改装半自动化机器。Able to build semi-automatic machine.
◆办事沉稳、细致，思维活跃，有创新精神，良好的团队合作意识； Handle affairs carefully and with good patience, with activity thought, full of innovation spirit and team spirit.
◆优秀的品行和职业素质，强烈的敬业精神与责任感，工作原则性强。Good morality and with profession spirit, love his/her job with responsible, hold the working principle.
◆严谨心细，善组织，愿意提供（解决问题的）意见。Rigorous, sense of details, well organized, willing to provide ideas.
工 作 职 责Job Responsibility：
1. 根据生产要求设计、制作自动化或半自动化设备Be responsible to design and build the
automatic &semi-automatic machines.
2. 改良现有的自动化/半自动化设备，以满足生产的需要。Be responsible to improve
automatic &semi-automatic machines.
3. 与工艺工程师和项目工程师协同工作，设计装配生产线（涉及自动化、半自动化设备）。Working closely with Process Engineer and Project Leader you will design as a team the assembly line.
4.在工人的协助下，进行装配试生产，并将结果报告给开发工艺工程师。Helped by workers， make the assembly trial and will report to the Process Engineer the efficiency of the assembly line.
5.负责一些简单的自动化设备和零件标准的制定与发行。Issue standards for simple automation machine and components.
6. 与供应商协作，以便获得一些新技术方面的信息，可以用来提高我们的质量和效率，并降低成本。You will have to work with supplier, to be informed of new technology our company could use to improve Quality, Efficiency or Cost.
7. 同时负责公司的自动化项目，为新项目进行自动化设计并实现自动化设备的应用。Be implied in the automation effort of our company and will have to propose and realize automat for new projects.
8、负责对现有的自动化及半自动化设备进行维护。Be responsible to maintain
automatic &semi-automatic machines.
9. 上级安排的其他工作。
